It’s Possible To Visit Some Of The Most Popular TV Cartoon Characters On A Southern California Vacation

Recently I’ve had the chance to visit some of the great theme parks in Southern California. One thing I found is that you can enter into the world of many favorite animated cartoon characters if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Of course Disneyland is the first park that comes to mind, with Dumbo, Mickey, Goofy and the others. The Disneyland Resort is a popular vacation destination for a lot of reasons and you’ll want the insight of locals to plan the best trip. Nobody has done a better job of breathing life into fictional characters than the Disney folks.

Knott’s Berry Farm is not far from Disneyland, and you can continue your movie star hunt by visiting Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts clan. Knott’s has done a nice job of absorbing Charlie Brown, his faithful pet and their friends into their culture.

Your next stop would be Universal Studios Hollywood and the many TV and movie stars such as Betty Boop, the Hulk, Batman and Spiderman, joined most recently by Homer Simpson and his wonderful family. The SoCal Vacation Guru has a lot of information to help you visit your favorite Universal Studios characters.

The third park to visit for characters would be Six Flags Magic Mountain up in Valencia. According to the SoCal Vacation Guru, Six Flags is best known for its roller coasters and other thrill rides. It does not take long to figure out that the Looney Tunes people are in charge of public relations.

Here and there around the park you will find some of your favorites, like Daffy, Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam. To provide additional fun for small children, there is an area set aside for them, with a strong emphasis on the characters (not everybody wants to just hit the roller coasters). It is fun for kids and adults alike to meet these well-behaved celebrities, and you can find them at various spots on the Mountain.
