Free Radicals are compounds with unpaired electrons that are more likely to react with other molecules. Some free radicals have negative effects on human cells and have been linked to ageing and certain diseases.
Studies into oxidative stress caused by free radicals in the human body are at an early stage, but it is known that antioxidants play a key role in the body’s natural defence mechanisms. Antioxidants, including the phytochemicals and Vitamin C in TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, help the body by improving energy/exercise endurance, helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, supporting healthy/ proper immune system function and cardiovascular wellbeing.
Many fruits have high levels of Vitamin C. Noni or Morinda Citrifolia has a particularly high levels. Food safety laws require Noni fruit juice to be pasteurized. As with orange juice, pasteurization will reduce the vitamin C content, due to this vitamin being heat sensitive.
Vitamin C is usually added back to orange juice products during manufacturing. Tahitian Noni International does not add back any compounds to its juice. Vitamin C is not the only significant antioxidant in Noni fruit/Noni juice. Other antioxidant phytochemicals are present in the juice, which are classified as flavonoids, lignans, and iridoids. These are called novel compounds, meaning that they are newly discovered.

TAHITIAN NONI® Juice has in the last 15 years become the standard by which super juices are measured. There are other Noni juice products available, but none can claim the same and manufacturing systems as TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. The manufacturing systems Tahitian Noni International uses and the choice to include puree in the juice, not just the liquid that can be squeezed from the fruit is not duplicatable.
